S30 South Fremantle

Fantastic experience: S30 has good trainers and they explain the routines very well, in addition to the good group vibes...

Fantastic experience: I’ve joined S30 south Fremantle since day 1 and can really see improvements in my strengths. The room is dark with neon lights attached to the sealing, great music that makes you push harder and the trainers are all very friendly. It’s quite a familiar and social gym, trainers are happy to have a coffee with the members after, or hang out for a chat. The equipment is brand new and the space is big enough to accomodate all members, even if the classes are more full. The classes variate between cardio, strengths and anything in between depending on the day.

Fantastic experience: The current team and the new owners are on a mission to do great things. We are excited to be supporting them too on their business journey! But I can say from actually going in and doing a gym session (class) in this gym and being amongst it, it is full of great people, non judgemental and welcoming. Keep up the great leadership and support crew! The owner even came and did some pull ups with me too afterwards, lives what they talk about, love it!

Fantastic experience: I’m not one to write reviews usually but I thought I’d share my experience at the gym. Gym is pretty good and classes are challenging and fun but rather than write a review about the gym a want to write about the PTs Steven and specially Zoe during my experience at the gym I’ve been treated with nothing but love by them. I can feel the amount of work they put everyday into running the place and yet always have a great attitude and a smile on their face. I personally wish them the best in the future and professionally I think they deserve to be successful because of all the hard work they put into the workplace but specially for the kind of people that they are they have made me feel like a friend.

Fantastic experience: Really great trainers with varying style Zoe is super high energy super fun super intense - I love it!. Jordan is fun too he likes to push you to your limits while ensuring you are still safe especially when he knows you have pre-existing conditions - he is also very kind and allows you to be completely yourself during the class with no judgement.. Steven is really great too he is very educated on the body and focuses alot on miniscual muscle movement which gives the greatest bang for buck and alot on recovery and i feel like i am in a zen class - very unlike me because i am quite adhd but its good because he helps you center yourself..

Fantastic experience: Very nice people and no issues if you're over 50, they'll get you fit safety.
