Fantastic experience: Great 24hr gym very clean and modern equipment, Dennis is friendly and always happy to chat and share his knowledge in fitness and diet programs and always strives to inspire you to reach your goals, everyone who works out here are friendly which makes a great atmosphere it makes you feel like your part of a culb than just going to a gym.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoying being a part of this environment - friendly, encouraging & a nice variety in the group training classes. Recently added some PT sessions with Dennis, set some new goals and am enjoying working towards those. Programs are individualised, focused and hard work...but I'm loving it!
