Fantastic experience: A fantastic family owned gym in Mayfield. The gym itself is clean, bright and modern. All equipment is extremely well looked after and has everything that you need for an all over workout. The classes are highly efficient packing heaps into the timeslot that makes you work hard. Finally, Sergio and Lisa have created a fabulous 'fitness family'. Likeness attracts likeness and their friendly, fun but hardworking nature is reflected in the people who attend and train. Whilst only been a member for a short time I feel like part of this wonderful and welcoming family and will enjoy training well into the future with this group.

Fantastic experience: 2 level gym with new top of the line equipment. I loved seeing special equipment such as Skierg's, a BoxMaster, Assault AirRunner's, Torsion Bars etc which are rarely found at other gyms. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere thanks to the lovely husband and wife duo owners. Gym seems to attract only favourable civilians & accepts fitness passport too. Come support the local guys!

To create a community and family atmosphere in the fitness industry is what real people need and that's one reason why we keep returning.
