Fantastic experience: The best gym I have ever been to! Fitstop Mascot is built different to most gyms, it is built by a community of amazing people who love to see others succeed. The owners Ben, April, and Dru (and ofcourse baby Noa) are so welcoming, they go above and beyond for all their members, whether it be through supporting you during a workout, to throwing amazing celebrations, they always ensure everyone is involved and supported. The members become like family, no matter your age or fitness level, everyone gets along. It is the one gym I look forward to going to purely because of the community. The workouts are just an added bonus! The gym is always clean, the kitchen/bathroom supplies are always full, and the crèche is perfect for the little ones. I completed my first ever fitness event last year, all thanks to this wonderful gym. Keep up the great work fitstop mascot

Fantastic experience: Fitstop Mascot has some excellent coaches, specially coach Ben who has been really supportive. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly and they help you improve. As someone who wasn’t used to exercising, I’ve found the encouragement I needed without any pressure. I’ve also seen great results. Plus, as a mother, it’s a huge help that I can bring my kids with me, and they can stay in the crèche while I train. It makes it so much easier to focus on my workouts. Fantastic experience: Stop looking for a gym. You’ve found the one. From my first Fitstop Mascot session I felt welcome and supported. Months later Ben and his team have me doing things I NEVER thought I’d be able to do. It’s honestly the highlight of my day. The program is adjustable for all levels of fitness, confidence and age. It never gets boring… there’s always something new to try and familiar to see your progress. Like I said before, stop looking, you’ve found the one. I’d give six stars if I could.
