Fantastic experience: 3 weeks in and I am addicted! Great class programming, form check, community vibes, encouraging place to be... 5 minutes from my house (so no excuses!) Highly recommend. *** Update: It's now been 1.5 years and at 47 years I'm the strongest I've ever been, love my weekly sessions, being trained in proper technique and still loving the community. Get to it!

The facility is exceptional, programming / workouts are world class and the community is one of the most welcoming I’ve been a part of. After spending my whole career in the fitness industry, I can confidently say that Millie and Mal are experts at what they do. Could not recommend any higher.

One of the standout features is their free creche, which has been a game-changer for me as a parent. The kids adore Jemma, who takes wonderful care of them. Personally, I've experienced massive improvements in my training and overall performance since joining. It's safe to say that The Yard Varsity Lakes has not only enhanced my fitness but has also positively changed my life. Each coach is fully invested in helping you achieve your goals.
