Alexi has put together a group of highly knowledgeable, compassionate and dedicated team espically Peter whose expertise in my sons soccer injury recovery has been a blessing. With Peter’s rehab program and guidance we have seen huge strides in his progress in such a short time. Thank you Peter. Highly recommend Alexi and his team for athletes looking for that personal touch with any injury recovery!

Fantastic experience: Alexi is a passionate and caring physio taking care of our aching body. He helped me immensely with my very sore hip.

Positive experience: My Physio is always great, but my first interaction with the guy at the front reception this morning....has been remembered as negative. No matter how I tried to be friendly to him from the start, I received a "dagger"/angry glare and he didn't even give me a friendly farewell before I walked out. Either he MAY secretly be a racist towards people who look like me, or has personal problems, which is none of my business. Patients are judging you, just as much as you judge them. As he turned my positive mood to a negative, he should be re-trained how to give a positive customer service experience, or fired. If he doesn't get better at this, he doesn't deserve that seat in your business.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend more highly! Alexi is professional and thorough! His expertise and strength based approach is empowering and effective. Definitely a fresh of breath air too. I left feeling 10 x better than when I arrived, not only physically but also mentally. He gave me confidence that I have the tools to improve my low back pain. 10/10 experience :)

Fantastic experience: I had been to another physio for an ankle problem. It was still affecting me so I went to PhysioLife. The physio there was so thorough, he even got a second opinion from another physio there which I really appreciated. The exercises he gave me have solved the issue (its been over a month and no pain). I highly recommend them- Im even sending my mum!
