Negative experience: This gym has changed to Ozzy Fitness. I would recommend you go to any other gym but this one. Communication between staff and clients is poor. They do not take the time to cater for issues you may be having with memberships and make you feel as if it is your fault. All the staff tell you something else and when you try and make contact, most of the time there is no answer. Trust me, go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: New renovation is a nice change. Music always slaps but sometimes is a little too loud, late at night.

Negative experience: terrible communication, constantly ignoring text messages, dms, phone calls, emails. website says “no lock in contract” yet don’t answer you when you try to cancel the memebership. i’m really disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Awesome and friendly staff .. always there to help and give advice .... train with a mate regularly there and the other customers are friendly ... great spot to train and exercise join up and get the jungle fever lol .....

Fantastic experience: It was hard for me to find a gym locally that I felt comfortable training in and that suited my lifestyle. The staff and people at Impressions we’re so welcoming and have been helpful in me achieving my fitness goals. I love how the owners are so involved in the gym and are always looking at ways to make it even better than what it already is. All of this combined with being a 24 hour gym I would definitely recommend to anyone that they go in and try it out.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out whether your totally new to exercise or you have been doing it your whole life. The owners really do make you feel like your a person not a number and the free personalised program they give me really has helped me regain my confidence which has improved my quality of life so much.
