Fantastic experience: Absolutely love training here. Christian is an outstanding teacher and the gym has a friendly and welcoming vibe. I walked in as a complete novice and I’ve learned so much. Sam’s classes in the morning are a great way to start the day, he is also an excellent coach. It can be hard to walk into a new place where you don’t know anyone but I’m so glad that I did.

Fantastic experience: Having recently returned from overseas, training in Indonesia as an amateur boxer (with the light heavy weight champion of bali added to my CV) I was keen to find a local gym that was the “real deal”. Fantastic experience: I have group trained most Saturdays at real deal boxing and I've started to see results from 5 sessions, my coordination has improved as well as my upper body strength
