Fantastic experience: Big 5 Stars from The Happy Body. Love the fact that Thrive for life is unlike most Gyms. It has a boutique feel and Stephen the owner has done a great job with the place. I run a busy Pain Clinic In Manly and have had great Joy partnering with Stephen on Fridays out of The gym in there Massage Clinic for several weeks now. Stephen goes the extra mile to make sure all members are well looked after. The clients I bring there to train all express a genuine good feel for the place. Great Work Stephen with Thrive for life!!

Fantastic experience: As a Senior and a avid Golfer it is very important to stay strong and flexible I have spent a lot of time is Gyms over the years but got very slack and I have to admit my golf suffered because Just walking 18 holes became a bit of a struggle so decided to do something about it and less than two months I feel so much stronger and my golf has improved out of sight have to admit Steve and his staff have made me very comfortable and are always there to help me when I ask for help it is a very nice Gym all new equipment and most importantly close to my home
