Negative experience: I am so dissaponted in this place, they have neglected my son, and in the process ignored a serious injury that has now been proven to be significantly dangerous. The therapists are all juniours. Who lack experience and thos can put people at risk

Negative experience: Don’t bother going here

Negative experience: The worst physio I have ever experienced. I previously was seen by a great physio here, but she went on maternity leave and it seems the rest of them here are all rubbish. They are all freshly out of school, inexperienced and some very arrogant. They give absolutely zero guidance for exercise or stretches and instead try make you pay to see an exercise physiologist for that part of their job just to get more money.. The worst part is they cannot do deep tissue massage at all and the dry needling technique is experimental at best. They don't really know what they are doing and clearly are fresh out of school. Angus is the absolute worst, basically pay him $100 just to rub deep heat on you and offer no help at all. Absolutely terrible. I tried for 8 weeks seeing them weekly begging for some relief trying several of their physiotherapists and eventually I realised they were just all terrible and I wonder if this is just a training facility for juniors rather than a legitimate professional practice. Eventually I got sick of being treated so poorly and I went to another physio in wodonga and with 1 single session of deep tissue massage they have fixed the issue that ohealth ignored for 8weeks. And taught me what stretches I can do to prevent it happening again. Exactly what a physio should be able to do. And they too agree that what ohealth did to me was neglectful and unprofessional. I won't waste my money coming here ever again.

Fantastic experience: I suffered a work place injury, I was sent to see Ross one of o-health's osteopaths when things weren't going to sort themselves out. It took some time to get on top of the issue, but there's no exact road map for the parmentier injury. Ross always went out of his way to help me, he, and o-health always went out of his way to accommodate me, he gave me a level of care I've never had with any other doctor. I would 100% recommended rosssand o-health

Fantastic experience: I've been going to O-Health for physio for a range of different issues over the last 6 years, and they've always been polite, knowledgeable and professional. They focus on getting you better, rather than just booking another appointment. If you do as they ask and do the exercises, you'll definitely see results.

Fantastic experience: Had a bike fit with Tom. Went from being reasonably comfortable to feeling like my bike was a natural extension of my body. Plus I have been back a couple of times since to get slight adjustments to become more aero. If you're going to take cycling seriously, getting a bike fit is a must!
