Fantastic experience: Great Gym. Good advice and personal training. Varied range of Cardio and weights. Still the best Gym in the “Gully”. Good advice prevents injuries. Instructors are tuned into your personal circumstances and goals. Always offering encouragement. The EFM gym in FTG continued its quality approach to delivering great training outcomes in 2022. Join the team in 2023.

Fantastic experience: The best gym we have ever been too. The sense of community, care and actual interest in you and how you’re doing is a massive point of difference between EFM & other generic gyms. The work outs are tailored, different and keep you interested and wanting to clock up your visits. Can honestly say we have never been more motivated or wanted to attend the gym as much as we do now that we are EFM members.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this Gym for about 9 Years now. The PT is very motivational and also cares about you. The programs are changed every day so there is plenty of variety and if there are some areas you are unable to do, the PT changes them for you. There is always new equipment being added to change things around. This is a top class gym to attend. I feel it is better than the pay/no help or motivation type ones. I would highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Great place.....awesome coach....good people. I've been to gyms before that bore me stupid.....not this one though. Have been going for years now....other gyms barely kept me interested for a month. Programs tailored to need, goals and the kind of day you're having. A coach with emotional intelligence who knows when to push and when to be kind.

Fantastic experience: A fun, positive and motivating environment. If I ever get caught up in life there's always a friendly reminder to get back on track and head into the gym!
