Negative experience: Absolute under-staffed juggernaut with pretentious and rude Personal Trainers who over promise, to sell higher priced packages, and under deliver, once purchased. Following is my partner's experience with the 'Premium Fitness Destination' "If you purchase Gang +, PTs are available 24 hours and will work according to your schedule but just not on Sundays and the days which suit you! Coz I have family commitments" Well, that's not really 24 hours or 'according to my schedule', is it? Why advertise, when you cannot deliver? "With the Gang+ pack, you will get the best and most experienced PTs" But you might suddenly, and without notice, get swapped with a newbie PT! What?!! "I am 'upset' that you did not choose me as your PT" Who are these people, high school kids? It's a shop and I get to choose who I like. "I gave you free samples of my 'own' brand's protein powder, so you cannot leave a feedback for me" Nice try friend. Watch me! Honestly, the drama is not worth it! Look elsewhere for your fitness needs.

Fantastic experience: I dislike exercise ALOT in any way or form! In fact previous trainers have refused to keep me on after a few sessions. Over the years I have been to many different trainers, by far Jono and his team at Acero are hands down the best! I actually love going and have been since august 2020, I go three times a week and I am still not sick of it. I have never had results like this and every session is different which I LOVE!

Fantastic experience: These guys are next level! Due to medical reasons Ive not been able to go into a gym or do any form of exercise for a long time. From this my confidence of getting back into any form of gym, or having any trust in my ability triggered my anxiety. I reached out to Jono and he was more than happy to help me on my new fitness chapter. He placed me with Chad, who after a introduction and one intense session, has kick started my love for working out. These guys are amazing. The space is perfect and never crowded. The facilities and amenities are bang on, and I highly recommend these guys to anyone who, like me, need that help and guidance.

At a time in my life that I needed fitness and regiment, I never imagined I would find life changing friends. You work very hard but the results are extraordinary. The team have changed my life.

My husband and I are just obsessed We are so proud to be part of the “Acero Gang” Amazing environment with state-of-the-art facilities and the latest technologies. They have a friendly, non-judgemental , extremely knowledgeable and encouraging team. We highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing gym. Great vibes. Supportive and friendly trainers. High quality machines throughout but the infrared sauna is my favourite!

Fantastic experience: Only gone for the IR Sauna as this is close to me. But the gym, atmosphere, staff are incredible and all the amenities are top quality. Am already a member of a big boutique Sydney gym and this has very similar features but is much more intimate and feels a lot more exclusive. I would and have recommended ACERO

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym in Sydney. This is no ordinary gym, you are in the right place if you take training seriously! All the personal trainers there are awesome, so not matter who you work with, you can guarantee a solid workout and with all new top of the range equipment and a grand boxing ring right in the middle, you'll have so many different options to cater to your training too. Highly recommend.
