Fantastic experience: I've been a member of AF for 6 years and it is absolutely fantastic , great equipment, great staff and just all round fantastic

Fantastic experience: Overall a good anytime fitness, amendities are always clean and the stsff are always keeping the place clean and wiped down. Bins are always empty and always has sanitiser and paper towel. Would like to see a boxing bag again and some plyo box's but the gym offers a good range. The gym has a room the kids can hang in while you train and a decent range of equipment.

Fantastic experience: I like being able to visit and pay on an as-and-when basis

Negative experience: Most likely just a coincidence but I made a bad review now a sudden $120 came out of my bank. It's ~$15 a week but they always pick a random amount to withdraw it 29.9 to 93.25 a fortnight, won't let you cancel because "we can't let you cancel until you pay off your over due" so since you can't cancel they keep charging you only making the over due larger and larger Good gym other than that Even though my contracted ended a month ago they are still taking money out the bank directly

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! Stealing members money by NOT returning their 40 dollars when they return their fob is the trend here. Dont even know how you people are still open and operating under the Anytime Fitness name!! Disgraceful and you should be ashamed!

Negative experience: Not the first person this has happened to!!! Do not go to this gym. Avoid it at all costs!!! They will steal your money. I have not been given my deposit back for my Access card after ending my membership. It has been 3 weeks since I was owed the money and still nothing with every excuse under the sun. I have rang multiple times and visited the gym to sort out in person however enough is enough. I have tried to contact the manager and she is always conveniently unavailable and the duty girls are not transperant or willing to recrify the situation. There is an awesome gym around the corner called Empire fitness cartel which I highly recommend as it is half the price and flexible if you are doing rostered work especially. Also great service with a smile

Negative experience: BE CAREFUL! Extremely disappointed with this gym and the worst customer service I have ever seen. It costs $40 for the 24/hr tag which you get refunded when you hand it back in. I handed mine back in two weeks ago now and still haven’t got my money back. Initially they answered my phone calls to say it would be done the next day when the “manager” was in and could do it.. two weeks later I have left messages to be called back and still no response and no one has got back to me and no one answers the phone. I would think again before giving this gym ANY money.
