Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for 3 weeks now, and honestly, I would not want to go anywhere else. The staff are so helpfuland polite, assisting me as I did not have good form, their equipment is in excellent condition. Definitely give it a go. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I was struggling through my 4th set of bicep curls, (it's the only lift i do), and out of nowhere the owner appeared, spotted the DB's and saved my life. After he gave me a broshake and said "you look like Brendon Frasier in the Mummy. Just way more jacked. Keep liftin' brah" The confidence gained from that interaction led to 5 more sets of bicep curls

He observes my workout capacities and gives professional advices on how I can improve. Zac and Abbie are also great, very encouraging people. I recently relocated to Brisbane and I can confirm that Spearwood BFT is one of the best.
