Negative experience: website says open from 8.00am - 6.00pm, have called throughout the day on multiple occasions and on different days within those times..... no answer.

Fantastic experience: Favourite gym in the area. Bigger space than I thought it would be with easy parking and access. Loads of equipment and 24 hour access to train when I want.

Fantastic experience: Love love love working out at this place. Great atmosphere, not overly crowded, and by far the best pricing around town!! Not like other gyms that can be overwhelming or like your training on your own with no support. The owner is a great supportive trainer and always willing to help you achieve your goals. Highly reccomend checking this place out if your looking for a great place to work out and better yourself!!

Fantastic experience: I love that this gym has 24 hour access, friendly staff and no one is pretentious. You have your serious fitness people and you have your more casual user (like me), and every one in between. This is not the gym to go to if you are more interested in being watched while you work out, so it is fantastic! Grab your gear, and come and join me one morning (afternoon, evening or night).

Fantastic experience: Has an extensive range of equipment, extremely friendly and relaxed gym environment. Staff are very knowledgeable and more than happy to show and explain how to use the equipment. They also have Kung Fu and seniors classes and bootcamps. Something for everyone.
