Fantastic experience: Wheelchair accessible. The boys know how to work with various levels of disabilities and individuals needs depending on level of severity also. The gym is clean, spacious and welcoming.

Since training here I have seen so much progress in myself both physically and mentally! Justin and Simon are amazing and have created the most friendly, uplifting community. Couldn’t recommend Duff Tuff enough <3

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend the boys here more for your one on one PT and classes. They really know what they are doing if you have specific goals in any fitness area. It feels like a community in their gym so you’re always motivated and excited to train :)

Fantastic experience: Personal Training is A A A class service. If you want to be pushed, you will be pushed way beyond what you want. You get the resuls that you wish for. Very Family and Community orientated. If you want to be pushed and get the results that you work for. These guys are for you. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: These twin brothers have made a beautiful community out at Duff Tuff and it shows. Everyone knows everyone and is welcoming to all newcomers. No judgements here! The boys are both very knowledgeable, welcoming and have great customer service, a great gym to visit if you are looking for a sense of community
