Fantastic experience: I have trained in many F45 studios across Australia and F45 Echuca is, by far, one of my favourites. Being from WA, I only train here while visiting family but Andrew always makes me feel welcomed and a part of their team. This studio is highly motivating with a very welcoming atmosphere. Fantastic experience: I dropped in for a session while on holiday in Echuca and couldn’t ask for a better experience. Andrew at F45 was incredibly welcoming and I didn’t feel out of place. Very energetic, professional and encouraging. Other members were super friendly. If you’re looking to keep your fitness routine up I highly recommend F45 Echuca, they can adapt and modify exercises to suit your needs. I’ll definitely be back for another session before we head home!

Fantastic experience: We had a short holiday & spent nearly a week in Echuca & Moama. Our routine was to go to F45 in the morning & burn some energy & then after that it was game-on exploring the various cafes, bakeries & restaurants. Andrew made the process to join for the week extremely easy & we enjoyed the classes & positive vibe so much we went 5 days in a row. I was also impressed with the other trainer, Mim, who went to a lot of effort to ensure that everyone got a good work out. The studio is spacious & equipment in very good condition. It was a great holiday & going to this studio was a key part of that.

Fantastic experience: I stopped by F45 Echuca when I was travelling for work and loved it! Super clean and modern facilities, friendly trainers with great energy. I left a jumper behind and the trainers went to great lengths to find it and organise a place for me to collect it before I left town. I'll definitely be back! Nice work!

Fantastic experience: For me, F45 has been a life saver. After losing both my parents three weeks apart in 2019, I was struggling. A close friend (thanks Mrs Treacy) encouraged me to take a class with her and it became a kind of therapy. The following years weren’t without their difficulties, suffering 4 miscarriages (including twins) with my new husband and enduring great grief/sadness for other reasons. I’ve been able to share this with Andrew and his team of coaches who gently brought me back to life. They’re positive, engaging, encouraging, never judge and take a genuine interest in your life, your family and your achievements. This review has been a long time coming. I will forever be in debt to my very good friend who gave me the nudge and for Andrew and his team who have kept me coming back.
