Negative experience: Chris Should Not Be in a Customer-Facing Role. Doesn’t deserve any star! Dealing with Chris was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. He was loud, aggressive, and completely out of line. From the moment we spoke, his tone was confrontational, and when I asked him — clearly and politely — to lower his voice, he started yelling. Yes, yelling. This isn’t just unprofessional, it’s unacceptable. There’s no excuse for that kind of behavior, especially in a professional setting. It felt hostile, uncomfortable, and frankly, a little unhinged. If management cares at all about their reputation, they need to seriously reconsider who they put in front of customers. Don’t waste your time. If you see the name Chris, walk away.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a good gym for my wife in Padstow area. I was initially reluctant to join as I thought I may not be able to do the workouts but the trainer Michael asked me to try it out. Now we had been going to One Gym since past 4-5 months and I really want to thank Michael for giving me that advise. The workouts are amazing and the trainers are very committed. After every workout we feel really happy with the effort. The members here are very positive folks always encouraging each other. If you are seriously looking for results, I would recommend you to try out this gym and use the one week trial offer if available.

Fantastic experience: After our long term gym closed down we were scared of looking for a new one. One gym was the closest, so we decided to give it a try for week with the intention to try a bunch of other gyms after that. We never made it to the other gyms and we are still there a year later. We feel like we are with family at one, not to mention there are top tier coaching staff with programming that will suit every one from beginners to elite!! We will be at one for many years to come. All the trainers are amazing and take interest in you no matter what level you are on. They give you tips and tricks throughout the whole workout to make sure you get the most out of it.
