Fantastic experience: Great gym authentic golden era equipment hard core verry good

Fantastic experience: What a great old school gym.

Negative experience: I would have liked to join but they refused my membership because I spoke out about one of their bodgy electrician friends who put me and my kids life in danger. Corrupt dirty people with no spine. Last photos show the job his electrician renovator friend did when installing the rangehood he measured wrong to but still installed, massive gaps, hanging by end of screws and damaged melamine chip board. Go Trump

Positive experience: Independent, old school gym. Great place to lift heavy things

Negative experience: 6pm and you have no staff here. Could not train here tonight. Hopeless.

Positive experience: Great variety of gym equipment. Run by a very polite and friendly family. The place is always kept relatively clean and the gym is large enough that you never feel crammed, even during peak hours. I would've awarded 5 stars if they had air conditioning as it can be quite gruelling in the the summer. They're also better off tinting the front window as all of the cardio equipment is there and the sun turns the cardio area into an oven during summer. Left due to relocation but may revisit one day. Fantastic experience: This gym is by far the best gym to taree. I joined at the beginning of April 9 weeks ago and have lost 10kg in that time. An old school gym yes. But old school gyms made the body of swarznegger. And the owners are fantastic people who I see daily pushing the iron. Unlike other gyms in the area where the owners don't even live locally. If you want results don't bother with fancy equipment. If you want change you have to charge.

Family owned, the owners are lifters themselves and very down to earth so you will see them using the equipment and chatting to people in the gym - very approachable. The gym itself is old school with great equipment and the location down by the river couldn't be better. The guys are always thinking of ways to improve the gym bringing in new equipment when demand is there and taking feedback on board. I feel way better giving my money to the factory over chain gyms in the area run by business owners who are out of touch and just trying to turn a profit.

Positive experience: Again I say the seniors group of men have a healthy excersise program we all enjoy each others company any person's interested come along Tuesday and Thursday 0815 hrs.
