Empowering and educating others to move with confidence is something I am extremely passionate about. My ideal clients is working with people who are struggling with aches or pains that is stopping them from doing the things they love.

Fantastic experience: Steph was an excellent myotherapist, and takes a whole-person approach to providing care. She diagnosed my trapezius strain, and could see more broadly that it impacted both sides of my body, not just the side that was painful. After our session, I'm able to move much more smoothly and unimpeded by significant pain.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Steph enough! I’ve been working with Steph to rehab my elbow injury for about 11 months now. Before seeing Steph, I relied so much on going to physio once every week to get rid of my elbow pain. Now, I hardly even think about my elbow (other than when I have to do my elbow exercises and see Steph). I love that Steph genuinely cares about me and my progress; she essentially gives you the tools to be able to manage your pain and ultimately get rid of it (unlike my experience with physio where the pain would only go away temporarily). We work together one on one, and we constantly review and change up my management program. She also regularly checks in, and we also don’t only focus on my elbow! She’s also given me tips on how I can better manage my constant headaches, how to get my balance back and how I can manage my wellbeing generally. I drive about 45 minutes to see her from Yarraville every few Saturdays! I look forward to our sessions. Steph makes me feel very comfortable, and is absolutely amazing. Thanks so much Steph!
Fantastic experience: I've been working with Steph for the last 7/8 months for a problematic knee injury which just wasn't improving prior to seeing her. We are working on building strength & balance and with each monthly check in I am progressing, seeing improvement & getting stronger. My knee pain has virtually disappeared and I walk away feeling confident in my training & exercise plan and I love that Steph works alongside my PT trainer. At almost 57 years of age, we are working on my long term goals of having a strong body well into old age!
Fantastic experience: I've worked with many different PTs over the last fifteen years and I think Steph is one of the very best - she's enthusiastic, encouraging, bases everything in science, thoughtful and explains what she's trying to achieve. She's seen me through bone density issues, a shoulder injury (gone from practically no movement to getting all the strength back) and even put up with my kids during a few sessions. I can't recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: Steph is one of the best practioners I have seen, she has helped me through pre-op and post op rehabilitation, and to be quite honest with you, she is one of the main reasons my healing process has been as successful as it has been. She also works so closely with my personal trainer to ensure what I am doing in the gym will not only help me but prevent future injuries. She is so welcoming and easy to communicate with, I couldn't recommend her more.

Fantastic experience: Steph and her magic work wonders! I am a powerlifting competitor and I always come in for a massage before and after a competition. She always asks what issues I'm having at that time and gives great advice and focuses on those areas! She is also a great conversationalist!

Fantastic experience: Steph is truly amazing. I am super picky about who I will return to see, especially in terms of a myotherapist. Steph is thorough, friendly and passionate about finding a solution to help solve the problem, without having to stop moving / training altogether. She is also really compassionate and understanding, and takes a holistic approach, which means even if I'm not training or doing the best at looking after myself I don't feel like I'm being judged and she still looks for ways to help that are manageable for me. Even though I don't live in the area anymore I won't be seeing anyone else.
Fantastic experience: Steph has been amazing helping me target my neck and back issues. She is so thorough during my treatments and will always follow up to see how I am going post treatment! She has made me feel so comfortable using weights (which was new to me) to target the muscles that are being overcompensated for. So grateful to have found her!!!
Fantastic experience: I have seen multiple health professionals over the years to try and manage my ongoing lower back pain and Steph is hands down the only one who has achieved sustainable results. Her approach is so practical and client centred and she is just as invested in my achievements as I am! Before seeing Steph I could hardly squat an empty barbell without back pain and anxiety. Now, I am able to move weight without pain and have recently competed in my first weightlifting comp! Highly recommend this legend to anyone wanting to get out of their pain rut and live their life!
Fantastic experience: I was referred to Steph by my weightlifting coach for my knee pain. Steph had a close look at it, then found out it wasn't just the knee but the entire chain of muscles involved in my squatting were compensating for weak muscles and the knee happened to be one of the weak links. Since I started to see Steph and got a customized rehab program, I know now what's going on with my knee, have better control over my training, and my knee and hips are improving significantly. I highly recommend Steph to anyone at any level struggling with pain anywhere in the body. Even if you have no idea what's causing it, Steph will find it out for you!
Fantastic experience: Steph has been an amazing help for my shoulder issues during weightlifting. After a few months of rehab, my shoulder pain and mobility issues have practically disappeared. She's very attentive to my specific needs and training schedule, regularly checks in between appointments and is always super friendly. Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! Steph is super thorough in her assessment and treatment plans. She's helped me work through a couple of persistent injuries that I thought I'd never get past. Steph really cares about her clients, I went on holidays for a couple of weeks and she emailed me to touch base to see how I was progressing. Never had that before.
