Fantastic experience: Strength HQ caters for people of all ages, genders and fitness levels. No other gym is worth your time or money! It is like having a personal trainer whenever you want. After training at strength HQ I feel so much healthier and stronger. training will help tone your body, keep your weight down, and also helps support you through everyday activities. Strength HQ has an amazing sense of community and fun. Trainers and members are so friendly and helpful.

I discovered Strongman training here and love it - they have great strongman equipment and can cater for all levels. Would recommend everyone to come along and try a class or book in a one on one session, you won't regret it.
