Fantastic experience: Great gym. Friendly staff. Very good equipment. Reasonable price. Have a mixed staff of Personal Trainers and Exercise Physiologists. EPs are a real bonus not available in a lot of gyms.

Positive experience: A great little gym with all the les Mills classes ,spin and yoga. The crowd here is not the young I love myself crowd. Excellent service staff and trainers quite with all well maintained modem equipment. Very tidy gym with great change rooms and clean toilets.
