Fantastic experience: Atmosphere Gym lives up to its name and has a great atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. I often go in the morning and there are plenty of equipment options for cardio or weight training. I have 2 young kids and without the crèche availability though it would be difficult for me to get my workouts in. Nat, Jess and the staff in there are great

Fantastic experience: Atmosphere Signature is a little slice of heaven! ‘The Trip’ cycle class and facilities are awesome! But what really makes it are the staff. Karen who works at reception is a legend and always has a smile on her face. She creates a sense of community within the gym. She goes above and beyond to ensure your gym session runs smoothly. Her customer service is top tier. Anthony who runs some of ‘The Trip’ cycle classes is fantastic. Always cheery, there to get you through the class and wants to see you succeed! Being the only facility in Australia to offer this, we agree that its pretty special. Karen is absolutely amazing! She gives her all every single time she is at our club's regardless of is she is on the clock or not. Nothing is ever a bother and she is a genuine person who wants to ensure our members are taken care of. Anthony is an awesome cheerleader and always tries to ensure his class participants feel comfortable and have a great time! He is definitely a valued team member. Fantastic experience: Over from NZ for a couple weeks and though on holiday, I needed to get my fitness fix. In my 46 years I’ve seen a few gyms, and honestly: Atmosphere Signature sets the bar right up there. Love the whole Experience they bring, Health and Wellness wrapped up in a supportive, energetic Atmosphere. I met Karen who is a Superstar. She took care of me from day 1 from showing me around, getting me signed up to just being a fabulous host. Thank You to all the Atmosphere Signature Team for making me feel so welcome…My home gym away from home. A true Gem along the Nepean River. ❤️ Your Maori Brother/Security Guard

Fantastic experience: This gym is truly impressive and values the fitness, health and well-being of their members. Stef gave me a tour of this gym today and she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and ready to assist. There is a wide range of high quality equipment and facilities (weightlifting, cardio, boxing, heated yoga, cycling, personal trainers, group classes) to suit all fitness levels and preferences. The gym is the most spacious I've seen and everything is kept very clean. The bathrooms are well-equipped with multiple modern showers and lockers.

Positive experience: Only a gym for classes no gym equipment except in the classes and no Bodypump classes.

Fantastic experience: This place definitely has the wow factor! Offers classes that you just can’t find in all of Sydney. You have to check out “The Trip” It’s such an amazing experience. The hot yoga is awesome too. Definitely highly recommended & worth the experience. Love it!!
