Fantastic experience: Love the facility but you you guys DEFINITELY need to restart punch classes, Logan is too far just for punch!

Positive experience: Funtastic classes fantastic staff all round great atmosphere carnt wait to get more involved always feel welcomed into the classes and shown by the trainers to achieve to the highest level of my own abilty big thankyou too all involved in making me a better me

Positive experience: Generally great. A few times I've come only to find their hours have changed and they're shut. Great, clean facilities the whole time I've been here. Not sure if there's a sauna - that's the only thing I go to the local competition AJ's.

Fantastic experience: Best venue in Brisbane south area. Gym area has state of the art equipments and both heated and outdoor pools. Great staff and fair pricing too.
Negative experience: Most useless, incompetent staff. Comparable to the likes of Aus Post and TPG. Maybe worse....
