Reformer Pilates 24-7

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the customer service. I’ve been chasing two payments that were wrongly processed after I cancelled my membership. Despite emailing, texting, calling, and submitting an inquiry through the website, I haven’t received a single response in over two weeks. The studio facilities are great, but if you ever need support or help resolving an issue — good luck. The lack of communication and accountability is incredibly frustrating.

The sessions are very clear and easy to understand and I can challenge myself to whatever areas I want to target. I would recommend Pilaties 24/7 to anyone.

Fantastic experience: A lover of Pilates -I have barely been as busy life & time is a big thing for me and you always have to book in advance @ studios. Being a member of Reformer Pilates 24-7 gives me the freedom of going @ a time that suits me best anytime of the day & book last minute on the App. I can honestly say it's boutique, lush, clean and just a beautiful space to relax and switch of and exercise @ the same time. The classes are virtual and "wow" so easy to follow and I feel amazing after every session. Thankyou for bringing this to Albury Team.

Fantastic experience: I loved 24/7 pilates in albury! Being able to access reformed pilates on my own schedule has been such a game changer. Honestly prefer this more than in a class as theres such a wide range of classes and i can pick what i want to focus on and my level of difficulty. There have been too many times I've gone to other studios and end up having such an easy class or a class not working what i want so this avoids all this. The studio is spacious and clean and has all the tools you need! I love it!!

Fantastic experience: I joined reformer 24/7 Albury when it first opened 6months ago and haven't looked back! With a very busy schedule it was hard to get to other studios set class times so the fact that you have 24hour access is amazing and suits me perfectly. The studio it's is set-up beautiful and the owner is so welcoming and only a message away if you need help. With the wide range of class from beginner all the way to athletic there is something for everyone and always new classes being added so you won't ever get bored. Can't recommend this pilates studio enough!!

Fantastic experience: Such an incredible facility! An amazing concept even for beginners, the virtual instructors are easily understood and give plenty of options to make the different exercises more or less intense. So many different classes to choose from and to progress into! The facility is always clean and welcoming even in the later hours of the day!

Fantastic experience: Being a working mum it’s hard to find the time to attend Pilates classes with limited time. 24/7 access is an absolute life saver and has allowed me to spend more time with my son as well as have some me time once his asleep and dad gets home from work. Absolutely so easy to use and get started highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great concept, very convenient . Able to book via an app, making it super easy and the freedom to book whenever suits eg: on the way home from work! The space is quaint and, quiet and peaceful where you can put your headphones on and go into your own little world of exercise. Also a good location right in the centre of Albury with lots of parking around. The videos are easy to follow with clear instructions, with options for all fitness and experience levels.

Fantastic experience: Reformer Pilates 24/7 is an incredible asset to Albury/Wodonga. Sign up was so simple. I can book a reformer and do a virtual class any hour of the day. With this flexibility, I can get in a class every day. The selection of virtual classes is phenomenal. From stretch & meditate to a full body athletic work out, the options are endless.
