Fantastic experience: Super convenient: visit whenever you want with a QR code that gives you a door code. Love this technology - first time I've seen it, wish more gyms had it. There's a good variety of free weights (including squat rack and lifting platform) and machines in good condition. The bathrooms may currently confuse a first timer but I think they're fixing that up.

Fantastic experience: Just had a great workout at Fitness 4 U. So many great machines. The supervisor is wonderful and helpful. Definitely going there again!

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COSTS: THis is what i've seen so far: No one cleans/wipes down the equipment after using it No one uses a towel No one returns plates/equipment after finished Seen people workout without wearing a shirt Seen Staff members blatantly do most of the above/ ignore the rules Worst of All: NO CALF MACHINES

Fantastic experience: I really didn't like the information that I was given by this person who not only made me feel uncomfortable they are not a person who is able to be honest and I know now what is happening

Negative experience: Nice gym good equipment. But don't try and cancel your membership if you don't want abusive messages and harrassing phone calls from the owner.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym for a small town. Always plenty of room. Clean and well maintained equipment. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely my favourite gym to go to. And people are goid at putting equipment back in lakes entrance
