Negative experience: Concern About Management at Clear Mont Club Tarneit** I’ve had multiple negative experiences with Tina, the manager at Clear Mont Club Tarneit. She is consistently rude and disrespectful, treating the public space as if it’s her own property. She also tends to be manipulative—taking people aside to tell conflicting stories and creating unnecessary tension. Her behavior is unprofessional and makes the environment uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this, as the community deserves respectful and fair treatment.

Fantastic experience: Best place to go for exercise and workouts swimming

Negative experience: I’ve got no clue why this place is gouging 250 dollars every 6 months from people who live in the estate, very dodgy

Negative experience: Rude and unprofessional, I received an email to activate the access card; however, when I arrived to the clubhouse, there was no one present, no proper contact number, no bell to ring, and nothing to enter the club house. Finally, I discovered a number that might be associated, contacted them, and a lady answered and asked for some information. She was really unpleasant to me for no apparent reason, this is far too much harsh treatment in my household, when we bare all of the bills and incomes they receive indirectly, and I realized it wasn't just me; it has occurred to many others. Guys, let's make a petition together as a community and teach a lesson to this so called management authority; it's our right to be treated well and to give the facilities for which we pay.

Negative experience: I walked into the club as a member of the owners corporation, and a lady approached me a couple of times, claiming to be the manager and starting a conversation with no manners both times; it is disgraceful that she behaves as if she owns the place when I, as a member, should be as comfortable as if I were at home. If any strata directors read reviews, please look at this matter.

Negative experience: This stupid female manager is constantly disrespecting club members with no real reason. She acts like she owns the world and everyone should bow down to he. Countless people have talked about this terrible manager in other reviews, the club should really consider about firing her as all of your 1 star reviews will become 5 stars.

Negative experience: Not happy with my experience went there with family for a fun pool day. It’s said pool closed and the tennis court was closed as well. No emails or anything. I would’ve understood if there was cleaning going on but nothing! Every unpleased with my experience.

Negative experience: No one to contact, no phone number, no email address, nothing written on the doors except opening hours, my understanding is they really don’t want any new members!

Negative experience: Very subpar clubhouse. This appears to be a full rip-off since the amount of money being collected from estate residents is quite exorbitant in comparison to the services they are supposedly giving. Claremont locals should man up and work on this to prevent getting our money stolen, as the same thing was happening at Heartlands before all the residents protested and forced them to upgrade the facilities. P.S. The authorities should work on hiring some professionals because there will be a lady manager who is utterly immoral and acts as if she owns the clubhouse and residents are refugees.

Fantastic experience: I found Claremont Park Club to be rather aesthetically pleasing from an aerial perspective. The park is part of a residential estate and is in an overall quiet location. Its easy to find off Sayers Rd, if you're heading towards the Riverdale Village area. There is a basic park and basic club facilities.

Positive experience: I've been going to the Clubhouse for their gym, the Cardio section is great and has enough equipment. But the weights room needs more expansion, its quite tiny and it needs more equipment for legs, like leg curl machine, assisted smiths machine. My friend has a pass for the Wyndham Waters Leisure Centre and it is owned by the same people who own this Club house and the Wyndham one has so much more equipment in the weights room and lots of space. Please expand the weights room.

Negative experience: It looks like some dodgy club as they don't have any contact number or website, even Google is also unable to populate the contact details. I went there to enquire regarding the joining process and all, albeit there was no one and all doors were locked out. There wasn't any info given anywhere like opening/closing hours, contact details etc.

Fantastic experience: Nice Quiet Swim in Sunbathe with picnic lunch
