Fantastic experience: The Yard Gym Padstow is the only gym I have been to where I feel they understand me, my goals and my limits. I’m pushed, but with encouragement. I’m nurtured, and appreciated. I’m respected, and motivated. I’m comfortable, and welcomed. I walk away from every session feeling like I have achieved something even in the days where I may be struggling physically or emotionally. Most importantly without the intimidation or expectation that often comes with a gym environment.

Fantastic experience: I don't think I've ever sweat so much in my life as I have at The Yard Padstow. Be prepared to go through at least 3 towels as the trainers coach you through some really very tough (but fun!) workouts. You won't be disappointed! Stay hydrated!
