Fantastic experience: A gym like no other! F45 Mildura is the most supportive, beginner friendly gym I’ve ever been in. The trainers are amazing and so helpful. From offering encouragement to correcting form, they are always there, ready to help. It’s a very different experience than a normal gym. No egos, no judgement, whatever your goal is, F45 Mildura will help you get there.

Fantastic experience: Greatly out of shape and overweight, I started at F45 hoping for a miracle. I found one. The team are incredicbly supportive and the workout is flexible enough to allow any fitness level to get straight in and kick goals. I have a long way to go but F45 is like having a personal trainer at each gym session. Well worth joining up.

Fantastic experience: This F45 is THE best. The staff are so professional, motivated & inspiring. The layout/set up is pristine clean, incredibly well equipped & basically ready for action !! We were just in town for the week & picked up the 7 day holiday pass for $69. We did 4 sessions & got great value for money with this deal. Keep doing what you are doing guys - you worked us hard !!

Fantastic experience: I've honestly never been more motivated and excited then going to a gym/studio that is so addictive.. Ben, Rach and the rest of the trainers here are absolute legends! I've tried a few f45 studios but these guys are by far the best. Super engaging, friendly and committed to helping you and making sure you're doing everything properly...The studio is so clean, spacious and the gym equipment is state of the art...
