Fantastic experience: Recommend for anyone who wants to get in shape and build confidence by exercising outdoors. Anna and her team are experts in technique. I’ve learned a bunch of exercises that I can do anywhere. No waiting for the gym to open and no lock in contacts.
Fantastic experience: I completed Anna’s 6 month online marathon program. I felt supported by her from the very beginning. She was always available by phone or for a zoom for any of my questions and encouraged me to achieve what I thought was impossible - a full marathon. I will forever cherish that memory of crossing the finish line and it was only possible because of her. If you’re considering it - just do it!
Fantastic experience: I joined the "12 month small steps marathon program" at a time when i could run 5km but was striving for 10km. A marathon was not my goal.....however i have surpassed my initial goals and have now run 4 half marathon events. I feel fit and healthy even though i do love food and wine - a few naughty life habits! This program includes numerous interviews with medical professionals re diet and body and also interviews with people just like me who have worked their way from the couch to a full marathon. So inspiring! There are regular catch ups with Anna 1:1 via zoom calls throughout the program . Anna has had the gift of giving me confidence when i have none of my own! She really is an incredible person in this regard. Even though i have finished the program i am still an active member in the facebook group. Once i joined i was permanently embraced in the facebook group. The group is so supportive and we celebrate and commiserate the ups and downs of progress we all experience. It is a fantastic safe and supportive place. Even though it is the online program that i joined i am 100% greeted and included by Anna and the "his and her time" crew at all events. I have met so many friendly faces i now feel i have a network around me when i attend these events. This is a very special feeling and for that i am grateful.
Fantastic experience: I first joined His and Her Time Fitness during covid. I had been at a local gym but wanted to be covid safe. I soon found I really LOVED working out in the outdoors. I though I would return to the indoor gym during winter. But here I am a year later still enjoying the outdoors. We have alternative venues, so weather is never an issue. Anna has been so supportive, and so have all of the H&H team. We are encouaged to set goals, and Anna helps you get there.
Fantastic experience: Have been training with Anna of His & Her Time for 15 years now. Love the fact that we exercise outdoors, there is great variety with our workouts and everyone is so supportive and encouraging. Anna is a fabulous trainer who has helped me achieve some of my bucket list goals - NYC marathon being one. Highly recommend His and her Time Health & Fitness.
Fantastic experience: Although His And Hertime is run as a group session I have always been welcomed & treated as an individual , never felt that in a gym , I’m not a runner ,don’t have to be , Anna is aware of my capability ,knows how far to push & I come away feeling good about myself & what I have achieved , Being outdoors is a bonus , never the same programme & there is even time to laugh , Everyone is welcoming & friendly , The group you would want to be a part of .

Fantastic experience: Joining His and Her Time has been a turning point for me! I initially started with one outdoor fitness session a week and quickly progressed to three ones because they are so addictive. Anna is a very positive, creative, inspiring and motivating trainer who challenges us in an engaging way. The sessions are run in picturesque locations. They are never the same and always full of fun. The people are friendly and supportive and share common values. This all makes His and Her Time sessions a wonderful experience which I always look forward to during the week. In addition to the outdoor fitness sessions, Anna runs other programs that support health and fitness, including the Healthy Habit Challenge. This has helped me reset and achieve lots of health, fitness and wellbeing goals which I have always wanted to do!

Fantastic experience: His and Her Time has been a game changer for me! The outdoor fitness session’s that Anna runs are fabulous, my fitness has improved dramatically, each session is always different, and they are full of lovely supportive people. I am now feeling motivated to get up early in the morning to exercise. I recently completed the Healthy Habits Challenge which I can highly recommend, I learnt a lot about how foods affect me, and I am now looking ahead and planning how I can incorporate this new healthy lifestyle long term into my life. Anna is amazing, she is very knowledgeable about health & fitness, she is supportive and manages to motivate and inspire us all, whilst ensuring we are working hard! His and Her Time has really changed my life for the better.

Fantastic experience: Hi I have been training with Anna for Two years now , one of the best decisions i have made . Every class is different a great group of people, Anna is inspiring & encouraging to get you to challenge yourself. I managed to do the Bloody Long Walk in 2020 35kms ,now will be doing 100 squats a day for Brain Cancer in April something i would not have attempted prior to commencing classes with His & Her Time .

Fantastic experience: I completed the healthy habits program with Anna a few weeks ago and can honestly say that it has changed my life! Anna’s program came on the back of failed attempts over years to get alignment on my understanding of both healthy habits and exercise in a way that made sense. She has helped me to change my mindset and my relationship with food and wine has greatly improved! I’ve developed habits that will help me to continue on a journey that will realise my goal of being fit and strong at 50 .Anna is so genuine, authentic and non judgemental, she is so inspiring. I was first inspired when I watched her film , “ I’m not a runner” which gave me the confidence to reach out and in so glad I did … best decision for myself and my health … ever!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Anna's, His and Her Time Health & Fitness via a friend's friend. Firstly to learn about Healthy Habits Challenge program on offer. I completed the 8 week program in early 2018 that covered diet and exercise and lost 12 kg's. It was steady and sustainable weight loss. Since then i completed another challenge. Also to the surprise to most of my family and friends taken up group outdoor training with Anna. Being sceptical on any group training, i'm finding the sessions challenging and enjoyable. The routines and locations are varied and my fellow participants are friendly and provide encouragement. I highly recommend His and Her Time Health & Fitness to anyone who wishes to improve their health and fitness.
Fantastic experience: Anna is a fantastic friend/trainer. She will encourage you and take you step by step to achieve your goal. Anna is passionate and extremely knowledgeable is her field of expertise. She gives everyone in her team the drive and energy we need at those early hours of the morning. Anna’s classes are fun, interesting and never boring. There is always a new challenge to set yourself each training session. Such a great team to train with! Why do it indoors when you can do it outdoors?
Fantastic experience: I have worked with Anna and His and Her Time Health and Fitness several times over the years. The first was when Anna first established the business. Such a fantastic programme and I was very pleased with he results. The second was a couple of years ago. Again the attention I received from Anna was amazing and I was most impressed. Highly recommend Anna and the programmes she delivers.

Fantastic experience: I completed the Healthy Habits Challenge with Anna from Her Time in late 2019 with a view to improving my diet, fitness and mental health. The program Anna designed and offered was fabulous! I hit many of my goals during the six weeks she provided one on one mentoring and have continued to do so since finishing. Anna’s approach to health is so enthusiastic and inspiring!
Fantastic experience: I have been going to His and Her Time for about 7 years and it is the only exercise platform I have religiously stuck to. I have never been fitter, have had one on the best experiences of my life (New York Marathon) and made some amazing lifelong friends all due to His and Her Time. For me, what keeps me going back is the outdoors, the variety in location and programs, but mainly, Anna and the amazingly supportive, positive person she is and the like minded people you are happy to spend the early hours with. Do it, get out there, you definitely won’t regret it.
Fantastic experience: I have been doing Anna’s outdoor exercise classes for 15 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Classes are always different and challenging. Anna keeps me motivated and on task and there is a wonderful sense of camaraderie exercising with like minded people.
