Fantastic experience: Big shout out to the team at Hound Dog fit!! I was only visiting pittsworth from out of town for a week or so and I couldn’t be more happier that I came across this local gym! I felt like I had been a member for years due to how kind and friendly Wayne, Lindy and Dan were to me! They fixed me up for the week and were always there on call if I needed them. Gym is a great space with indoor and outdoor areas. I even attended a spin class for the first time in years and it was super fun. Amazing people that make you feel so welcome and gym is a great facility for you to join! Definitely recommend to anyone and I’ll be back for sure!! Thanks guys xxxx

Fantastic experience: My work mate and I were working in Pittsworth for a month and needed a gym. Hound Dog Fit is a great gym with everything you need for a great workout. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to go to this gym if they are considering exercise.

Fantastic experience: I have been an active member of Hound Dog Fit for a number of years because they provide excellent value for money when it comes to your physical (& mental) well being. The staff are highly qualified, are conitnuously learning and passionate about what they do. Hound Dog Fit focuses on longterm functional fitness rather than quick-fix gimics that don't work. When I joined I was unhappy, unhealthy, and had poor body composition. With the support of HDF I am now happy, healthy & have a strong body capable of doing anything from ultra trails to tackling everyday things that life throws at me. If you want a strong capable body drop into HDF - they will help you achieve & maintain that, all you need to do is show up & give it a go. It truley is a gym for everyone!

Positive experience: I'm not a member of Hound Dog but my husband Lloyd is,he can't speak more highly of the team and really enjoys his workouts.Lindy and Dan are aware of Lloyd's health issues and give him a lot of support and encouragement.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, professional team has created a program to prepare a very unfit person to be able to participate in a 30k walk. I highly recommend Hound Dog. Dan has been an excellent trainer. Well maintained equipment and the hours I can attend the gym are perfectly suited to my weird shift hours.

Fantastic experience: HDF is a great gym and a small town like Pittsworth very lucky to have such experienced coaches and state of the art equipment. Gym is designed for all fitness levels and ages and is very reasonably priced for what's on offer!

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym where the training programs are tailored for your individual needs. Over the 10 years of training with them I have trained for events, trained for regular sport and also had injury rehab. Programs have been adjusted to my needs all the way along. The trainers are very knowledgeable and can substitute exercises if you are unable to do something for any reason. There is a great range of equipment for use with regular new additions. This keeps the training fun and challenging. My Friday is not the same without Bootcamp. It has never got any easier, you just push yourself harder.

Fantastic experience: Ray Dekker, I have been going to Hound Dog Fit for a few years now and it’s a great gym with wonderful staff. Have tried some of the other gyms in the area, but the staff and the equipment are first class. Family friendly atmosphere and all the clients know each other and always have a chat. Fantastic experience: super clean and well maintained. Well serviced equipment with lots of variety for all types and levels of training available. Lots of space to do your own thing inside and out. :)

You will always feel welcome and a sense of belonging to this community regardless of your physical abilities. Awesome trainers, Amazing equipment and always improving plus 24/7 access.
