FHI is my kinda vibe not only are the session's onn but the community says it all! fun supportive and forever encouraging each other to push harder and stronger! Since being at FHI I have learnt so much and am stronger fitter and healthier then I ever was! You’ll find me at 4:30am sessions with the crew! To stef and Josh you guys have done an epic job in bringing FHI back to life I enjoy every minute of it xx Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym! I come here every day and it’s become a huge part of my routine. The staff are always friendly, the equipment is well-maintained, and the space is clean and welcoming. One of the best things is that I can bring my dog with me such a rare and amazing perk! It really makes my workouts even better. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dog-friendly, supportive gym environment!

Fantastic experience: End of 2023 - I've been training at Fitstop Hope Island for about 5 months now and I absolutely love it. Such an amazing and supportive community, who are really welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Fitstop is my happy place! 12th June 2025 - I'm just coming up to my 2 year anniversary of my fitstop Hope Island journey and I wouldn't train anywhere else. Ive made life long friends here, and all of my trainers are just the best. They are so approachable, encouraging and motivating. Every session is not just a workout, it pushes us while having so much fun.

The workouts are great with a mixture of conditioning and strength, everything you need for a hybrid gym. Fantastic experience: Fitstop HI has everything I need in a gym. Great variety of sessions that keep the workouts challenging. Supportive trainers, who motive you to push your limits and provide awesome technique coaching to level up. Most of all, I love my 4.30am crew. Best way to start the day.

Fantastic experience: Have been attending Fitstop at Hope Island Saturday mornings with Stef for a few weeks now. Love it. It is suitable for all ages and all fitness levels. Stef pushes you just enough so you don’t over do it but you certainly know that you have worked out. I only wish I lived closer and then I would attend more often. If you are looking for a gym with a great atmosphere and supportive coaches this is the place for you.

Fantastic experience: This place delivers what it promises! Within weeks my fitness had increased dramatically and after a month I was throwing out clothes! The only change I had made was working out here at Fitstop hope island, great trainers ,workouts and culture!

Fantastic experience: Forget your normal gyms, train here! The community is insane. You’ll meet people and make friends… who knows, like a lot of us, you may even be inspired to compete! This is not your average gym, or your average workout, everything is programmed and extremely functional. You’ll never be fitter, and look better, than you will training here. Huge props to Kirst, Adam, and Chloe for all the hard work you put in, session after session, week after week. Even after 67 weeks, you’re still helping me immensely, whether it’s helping correct my sloppy form at times or encouraging me to do and be more. Sincerely, it’s been a life changing experience. Fantastic experience: Great team and they seriously whipped my butt. Highly recommend. It was very challenging, but well worth the sweat. I’d never been able to run 1km, after 5 weeks without specific training to run, I was able to do the 1km track. Wish I still lived in the area.

Fantastic experience: Just finished our first week back at the gym after 2+ years off. Great fun and challenging group sessions that’ll certainly get the blood pumping The gym looks beautiful and the bathrooms are wow ! Everything you need to get ready for work straight after a sesh - shampoo/conditioner, hair straightener, etc. Kirsten and team should be very proud with all they’ve achieved in such a short time.
