Fantastic experience: There's always really good energy in this place! I've been training for years and this is one of the most supportive and educational gyms I've been to. The trainers are awesome and genuinely care about your progress.

Fantastic experience: Joined a few months ago and can’t compare the training here to anywhere else. The team assists you in reaching your goals, and the atmosphere is inviting and uplifting. Before joining I struggled to stay dedicated to my training and consistent the team here has turned that around.

Fantastic experience: Huge fan!! The team are wonderful and encouraging, the vibe has never felt intimidating or body-shamey like a lot of other places I've tried to exercise. The workouts are varied - lots of opportunities to work on progressive overload as well as high intensity cardio days. My fitness and mental health have both improved dramatically over the past year coming here. Consistently working out is easy with Strongr!

Fantastic experience: Without doubt, best gym out there. Not like those other 45 minute gyms that'll have you jumping up and down the whole time. The knowledgeable trainers ensure your form is just right, then add in a healthy bit of challenge to push you to do what you signed up wanting to be able to do! Dedicate 8 training has definitely helped me stay on track with my training. Cannot fault this place.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Strongr since day one and I am still seeing amazing progress all around! The trainers are friendly, highly motivated and very educated on technique, nutrition, modifications for injury etc. The gym is clean, has new equipment and a carefully thought out program to improve strength and cardio fitness.

Fantastic experience: I’ve trained at Strongr for awhile now. Nick and the team have literally changed my life with their enthusiasm, knowledge and encouragement. The workouts are logical, well thought out and consistently challenging. I have learnt so much about nutrition and recovery from Strongr, which has ensured that my progress is permanent and sustainable. The absolute best gym around!

Fantastic experience: After going to many different gyms during my life none of them made sense in regards to what you do to actually see results but at Strongr Nick and the team there will encourage you and show you the techniques to see results fast. Truly life changing I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone wanting to vibrate on a higher level.

Fantastic experience: Great gym if you’re looking for circuit-style training with a mix of classes that are resistance, cardio and hybrid. Classes are 45 mins and always start and finish on time. They have the best availability of morning classes in the area starting at 5:15 on weekdays so great to get a session in before work. Trainers are friendly, nice and offer helpful corrections during the class. Trainers also take the time to get to know you which gives it a community feel. The equipment is all new and the studio has recently been redone. I always feel great after a work out here! Could not recommend this gym more!

The trainers are exceptional, their knowledge and skill is second to none. They are attentive and passionate. The way they plan their exercises are thoughtful and work together so well. The vibe is AMAZING! Absolutely cannot recommend this gym enough! 10/10 in every way

Fantastic experience: The staff here not only help with technique and motivation, they also educated me about nutrition and specifically what my body needs to reach my fitness goals. It’s also a very welcoming and accepting gym for all age groups and body types, I didn’t really use the gym till my 30s and the transition was made way easier by the crew’s patience, humour and kindness
