11:11 Yoga

Fantastic experience: I have just started in the beginnings yoga class on Saturday morning and I am loving the atmosphere the friendly staff , I was very nervous at first but Mikayla makes you feel so welcome and helps you and I don’t feel awkward, she is so comforting, patient, Kind and caring . Fantastic experience: As a man I have always felt hesitant to enter a Yoga studio because stereotypically it is often the case that only a small percentage of men will practice in these spaces. However, I can safely say without a doubt that Cora and her team are very welcoming, accepting and kind. They are incredibly knowledgeable and their passion seeps into each one of their classes. I highly recommend for anyone interested.

Fantastic experience: We were in Tamworth for 4 days and got to visit 11:11 yoga each day. We had different teachers each class which were all wonderful. The yoga space is light filled and has a calm feel about it. Highly recommended.
