Fantastic experience: Really great classes which cater to all abilities. Leah is incredibly welcoming and learns your name, making it super personal. Few different teachers so great to get a mix of teaching styles!

Fantastic experience: A delightful studio right by the coast - perfect if you want to head for a dip after class. The classes and teachers are wonderful and the energy in the studio is very serine and welcoming. Highly recommend for newbies and experienced yogis.

The experienced teachers are all so friendly and welcoming and deliver well thought out, challenging but enjoyable classes. They are mindful of individual yogis during practice and seamlessly guide all levels and abilities through each pose, taking the time to make subtle corrections and adjustments. Whether it's Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha or Restorative yoga that you're in to, the classes and workshops that WCY offer will leave your mind and body feeling amazing!

Fantastic experience: What a beautiful space to practice yoga. Every time I step into the studio I feel an instant calm come over me...and the studio smells amazing. A great way to start my day. My mum has been attending West Coast for over a year now and couldn't stop raving out it so I took the plunge and bought the Intro 10 class pack, which is great value at $120. So far I have been to 2 Core Flow classes, which is a perfect mix of Pliates and Yoga with Noelle and Leah and Vinyasa with Noelle. Both classes options for beginners and frequent yogis were offered, so you can take it your own pace. I am looking forward to experiencing all that West Coast Yoga has to offer and making yoga a permanent part of my life. Located conveniently behind Voyage in Sorrento, so you can even grab a coffee and a bite to eat after you are done! Thanks Leah for creating a beautiful space, I can't wait to get back on the mat!
