Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a gym that is open 24hr 7 days a week and cleaned daily by staff who are friendly and helpful in how the machines work, you might want to check out this place. I would recommend it for the local who needs to work out while having a small, friendly gym. The size of the gym is not a problem, as you will have no trouble getting access to the equipment throughout the day. The only exception is the leg press machine, which I have had to share with other users sometimes between 5 & 8 am. The staffed hours vary depending on the day, so you should check the schedule before you visit. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that they charge a fee for every failed direct debit attempt, so make sure you have enough funds in your account. Other than that, this is a great gym to join and enjoy.

Fantastic experience: I was a previous member and recently rejoined. The place has been refurbished and is great. All equipment top quality and in perfect condition. Lisa was so welcoming today my first real day back. If your tired of the big gyms and what comes with it this is a good alternative.

Negative experience: This gym its self is ok...it's close to me, not to many people, but limited equipment and owners will not take any suggestions from patrons. Unfortunately the owners seem to think it's ok to be police on their staff and patrons. One of the owners Rod is arrogant and pushes his views, opinions and again won't listen and talks over you and hangs up on you. He is definitely not someone to look at as a promotion of fitness. Careful if you sign up with them as the contract is missing words!

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for around 2 years now and it’s always been great, the staff are lovely and always hell out when needed. Signed up my brother and girlfriend as it’s not super busy and has all the equipment you could need as an average gym goer.

Negative experience: Nice little gym. Although I was charged incorrectly 5 or 6 times if not more, with very little feedback as to why and almost no help in fixing the problem. Was left no choice but to change gyms.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of YMF for about 18 months. I mainly use the Forest Glen site. The equipment is well maintained and there is plenty of space. I rarely have to wait for any equipment to be freed up. Another positive about the place is that people go there to exercise- I haven’t seen a single “influencer”. And that suits me just fine!

Negative experience: 30 Day cancellation period, just a scam to suck out another payment from you, which means a lot when work is all over the place in these times, tone deaf.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy getting fit and the staff makes it enjoyable. Very knowledgeable staff that will help you with anything you ask.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym, is not only convenient for me, but the staff are great, place is so well equipped and clean and there is just a great atmosphere. Is not intimidating and pretentious , never felt more comfortable in a gym before :)

Negative experience: This gym was great when Miguel started it as Miguel's 24 hr gym. You will find that most of the positive reviews for this place where when it was run by Miguel. Since new people have taken it over as Your Move Fitness people are leaving in droves. They have regular gotten rid of any of the personal trainers with a personality. I've been been a devout gym goer for 30 years and was recently left with no choice but to leave due to being regularly harassed by the owner and one of the trainers for the petty issue of walking 10 metres barefoot from the change rooms to a more comfortable seat put my shoes on. Apart from that they barely speak to you. I am happy to pay more to go to another gym that actually listens to their customers as now this gym is devoid of any sort of atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I have trained for many years in many gyms and this place has everything (and then some) you'd find in any major gym chain but with the feeling and service of a local gym. Super friendly, always willing to help and well priced - highly recommend.
