The gym also offers mma, boxing, bjj. You can do it all under one roof! A progressive gym with vision and ambition. It is home to bunch of legends old and new. Where everyone is welcome at any level.

Fantastic experience: Best gym on the coast by a long shot. Most connected gym community you can come across. And skilled coaching with great leadership and passion, across the board in all the combat sports and functional fitness classes that are being taught out of that facility. Not to mention forever upgrading to make it a better experience for everyone with a sauna small cafe to come and recovery room.

Fantastic experience: One of the most welcoming gyms I’ve ever trained at. Doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or advanced athlete everyone is welcome and well looked after. The members here are friendly and the coaches are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the performance centre to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Lizzie, lachie & the crew are incredible! The space is super functional. It’s nice having everyday equipment as well as a fully fitted out dedicated CrossFit gym. This place has everything you could ever want in a gym. The community is welcoming, the staff are really helpful & it doesn’t take long to feel apart of the TPC family. Best gym on the coast.
