Since starting, I’ve noticed a big improvement in their coordination and overall fitness. It’s been such a positive experience for them they look forward to every session!

Whether you are after fitness, entry level martial arts, advanced martial arts, kids class, ladies classes etc etc, they have it all and no one does it better. They make you feel welcomed to their CFS family from day 1. Fittest I have been, both physically and mentally, in years!

Negative experience: Started great. The lead trainer left for overseas. (Michael) Classes changed, from 1hr to 45min and only 3 children in class. Too small for my children to train with. Still charging the same prices for the reduction. Promises made that it was going to expand. To this date it hasn’t. Over COVID CFS were happy to take money each fortnight after requesting that they stop. Blaming the 3rd party finance company, not taking responsibility themselves. After this period PT sessions were offered, $80 per session for a 12yr child! Way too expensive!!! This magical amount appeared when CFS were given notice of us leaving. Conveniently all these sessions at inflated rates were taken OFF the total owing back to us for classes lost due to govt shutting CFS down. (COVID) It’s extremely disappointing and seems that money is more important than advancing children’s fitness and BJJ levels. I wouldn’t recommend CFS for children, as for the “gym” side of things I didn’t join as it doesn’t offer a great range of class times.
