Fantastic experience: This place really is a vibe. Embark is a community, with all levels of fitness, age ranges and different goals. Children’s area so kids classes. Making being active a lifestyle we choose. I work in a different gym and get a free membership but I also pay to train at Embark (FOMO) , check it out for a free trial!

Fantastic experience: Definitely the best gym on the GC. I have seen and been to a lot of gyms around the coast and Embark is by far the best. The best atmosphere, the best people and also the best trainers. Everyone encourages everyone. All new members are made to feel like they have been there for ages. Always welcomed by trainers and members with hello and a smile. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough

Fantastic experience: Best Gym / Functional Training Classes with a vibe like no other. Absolutely love this gym, the trainers are amazing with real life experience and practical knowledge with movements / weight loss / increasing performance. They assist all skill levels with their goals but I would especially recommend them for people with performance goals as they practical knowledge with how to improve your technique and get your entire body engaged. All the members of this gym make you feel apart of the Embark Family - I’ve never been to any other gym like it. 110% recommend to all!

Fantastic experience: The trainers and members at Embark are truely amazing. Everyone is so encouraging, down to earth, non judgmental, helpful, supportive and kind. Great family and friends feeling hanging out with these guys. Awesome kids classes so the kids get a work out while the parents do a Hiit class. Everyone there wants work hard, sweat it out, have fun and not just be there for the “Insta pics”.

Great music, Great little creche area for kids and kids classes available so the whole family can join in. I can't recommend the Embark team enough.

Definitely worth a look if you are looking for help to start your journey or if you are looking to enhance your current journey. Awesome judgement free environment that makes everyone feel welcome .
