Fantastic experience: Had my introductory session with Gavin recently who was thorough, encouraging, kind and sensitive to my particular chronic health challenges. I really look forward to working through a program with him at Macquarie Physio.

Efficient air conditioning made me very comfortable, which helps at my age and is an important consideration. Motivated to continue and that’s a gift.

Positive experience: Very helpful staff and up to date equipment. I like my own workout which they tailored for me. I go outside group class times when it is less crowded. Would be 5 of 5 but seems to be high staff turnover.

Fantastic experience: I have found the place. I feel safe and supported. The people are caring. I have a physio who has worked with my age group. My program is designed for my needs and we, physio and me, will consult and review it. I have been to other gyms before. The feel is so different here. Can't recommend it enough.

Fantastic experience: Will and Cheryl have helped me feel comfortable in the Living Longer Living Stronger program. After a thorough assessment by Will they assist me with an exercise regimen that suits and challenges me. The other participants are in a similar age group, it’s a friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Will was very helpful at reception and answered a couple of questions for me. Sophie has such a warm, kind energy. I am very excited to work with her to get my physical health back in order. She talked me through the process and was very clear in her communication around what we were going to achieve during the appointment and what the future options were. She was patient and open in answering the slew of questions that I threw her way throughout both the pre-assessment and while going through exercises in the gym.
