Fantastic experience: The gym has had great upgrades, new equipment, new layout. The new owner has done a good job giving the gym a little refresh ☺️ great atmosphere and people! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I don’t usually leave reviews but today I walked into this gym and had to walk straight back out. I’ve never experienced a gym that smells like a cow farm…..

Negative experience: Horrible gym! I cancelled my membership 8 years ago! They kept auto debiting in my bank. Not true at all no lock in contract! They will just keep charging you even if you are not even there. They’ve changed their name three times. Be careful with Plus Fitness Tahmoor once they get your bank details you’ll be locked in with their payment scheme and you have to keep your paper work cancelled tucked in no matter how many years as it happened to me.

Negative experience: Let me elaborate that this gym has dissatisfied me in fewer ways 1- small size gym and old equipment and not as clean as i thought. 2- Make sure when you cancel your membership don't do it over the phone because they will keep charging you unless you write them an email . Yes it happened to us . Initially they said that the membership is canceled over the phone and down the track probably 2 months we received over 100 dollars bill saying it needs to be paid , ridiculous isn't it. The staff over the phone needs to be trained and take customer calls seriously. Last not least I don't have any personal problems with the staff but it can happen to any one else . However in the end we did pay that hefty bill without any fuss .

Positive experience: Music videos are in poor taste, the extreme sports with music should be the only videos playing unless a member requests their choice on the crowd dj. Members are more helpful than staff.

Negative experience: Cons: Cluttered facilities, consistent foul odour from mouldy air conditioners, unresponsive management. Pro’s: the plants in the carpark are nice to look at.

Positive experience: Music can sometimes be pretty poor in taste. Ergometers are sometimes out of order and not able to be used properly.

Negative experience: What can I say. A typical unattended gym with virtually no help at hand. No drinking water available unless you buy it from the vending machine. One of the better gyms in the plus fitness gyms i've used. Often of an afternoon you strike allot of younger people sitting on the equipment playing on their mobile phones not actually using the equipment. Very frustrating if your waiting for the equipment in question!!! Plus fitness send SMS for "FREE FITNESS PROGRAM REVIEW" but sadly can't follow up on actually providing the service. There really are better gyms around!
