RealFITT is home to a community of people working together on improving themselves everyday. Our community is a safe, inclusive, and friendly group of people that spans all generations, abilities and goals.
RealFITT’s Group coaching model aims to provide individualised coaching delivered in a small group setting. Whether you are an athlete, a weightlifter or looking to get stronger, you will receive a tailored approach to address your training needs and goals, surrounded by like minded individuals in a supportive environment, led by our passionate Coaches.
Brayden, who's just starting out his journey as an athlete, has seen incredible progress in strength, power, and athleticism thanks to RealFITT's Athlete Development Program. Ben's programming and strategic progressions have been key in keeping him safe while pushing his limits.
What sets RealFITT apart from other gyms is the community vibe. It's a place where everyone supports each other and we’re both grateful for the positive impact it's had on our lives.

RealFITT has a proud tradition in Strength Sports. We offer expert coaching in Powerlifting, Weightlifting + Strongman for those who are only just beginning their journey through to those competing at a world level.
No matter your fitness ability, we can help you achieve a variety of goals, including; injury rehabilitation, weight loss, lifting technique development, general strength and fitness development.

Fantastic experience: Great strength and conditioning gym. No machines just free weights, kettle bells, ropes, tyres, boxes, sleds, great for power or Olympic lifting and general training. Staff are very knowledgable and helpful.
