This is the first gym that has managed to keep me motivated to the point where I was counting down the hours till my next session and hated if I missed out due to other commitments. 5 stars!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing team changing lives for leichhardt locals and pro athletes in the area. Fitness pros who make sure the members get results with care and consistency. This gym has high altitude atmosphere inside so the exercise gets more calories per hour. Also doing hot yoga and ice baths... who knows what they will do next. Also they have free first classes, food programs in the app and season programs to get results. The personal trainers are all dedicated achievers... a great experience for me and glad I looked around till I found Baller Nation!

Training at high altitude takes your fitness results to the next level. I can honestly say training here has made me stronger, healthier and happier! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: After training at a pretty high intensity for some time, the last few years of injuries, a lack of motivation and Covid had me thinking that I would not train hard, or push myself again. I was happy to stay reasonably fit and healthy as I get older and be content with being at a decent fitness level for my age and not ‘let myself go’. Hardly inspiring… Since I started at Baller Nation, I have totally changed my perspective and now I am motivated to be the fittest, healthiest and happiest version of myself I can be. I’m no longer content with average and the high quality training and high quality people at Baller Nation (and high altitude of course) are making my fitness journey fun and rewarding. I’m already seeing some really positive results and I look forward to continuing to improve myself while training with inspiring people in this wonderful environment.
