Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the Pilates and Barre classes! Olivia is an incredible instructor. I’m 5 months postpartum with my third, and her classes have made me stronger than ever. She’s easily one of the best instructors I’ve had in over 15 years of practicing Pilates. The gym is always spotless, and the staff is so friendly—it's a great place to work out! Being able to bring my kids to the creche is also a game changer!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Have tried classes at other gyms but nothing compares to the community at Trilogy! Everyone is friendly, kind, helpful and non-judgmental. The gym itself is clean and has a good range of equipment and machines. I used to get anxious going into other gyms/studios but I think I've finally found my happy place! :)

Fantastic experience: Trilogy fitness is a really good gym. I’m able to practice my martial arts without the fear of accidentally kicking someone because their boxing bags are in their own area, unlike the other gym I was going to. Would recommend

Fantastic experience: Trilogy fitness is the most hygienic gym I've ever been to, the cleaner stays there well after 9pm. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Everytime I'm there they are doing maintenance on their equipment to make sure everything is up to standard, unlike the old gym I was going to were half the equipment was always broken for weeks. I would highly recommend this gym because it's affordable and hygienic.

Negative experience: This gym used to be good back when it was Fitness Playground. Ever since they left that brand, it has gone downhill. Equipment is left broken for ages, I’ve seen a treadmill with an “out of order” sign for months. A cable machine was broken, it got “repaired”, and then it broke again soon after and injured someone while they were using it. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. You’re lucky to even see any staff working there, and when you come across one of the owners, good luck. The airconditioner and fans are constantly turned off leaving a horrible sticky feeling inside the gym, I’m assuming they’re trying to save money since a lot of people have left the gym to go elsewhere. The bathrooms are not kept clean at all. They don’t appear to be cleaned everyday, and if they are, then someone isn’t doing a great job at it. Like I said, it used to be good, but now that they’re operating on their own it’s just not worth the money when you have Snap Fitness and World Gym nearby for cheaper memberships.

Positive experience: love this gym so far as someone who is new to going! super spacious and welcoming environment with friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Really amazing gym! Equipment is well maintained and has everything I need. Staff are super friendly and really professional.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner is an absolute douche and doesn’t care about taking care of long term gym users. They canceled my gym membership after 9 months after paying 12 months upfront and didn’t even let me know. Or refund me the remaining money for the other 3 months I paid for. No phone call or email or anything. Jeremy or Helen dont even have the decency to call me after I ask if they could call me about 5 times. I have been coming to this gym for years and brought so many people with me to join. I definitely won’t be recommending anyone else.

Fantastic experience: Found this gym while visiting Darwin for work - such a convenient location in Palmerston. Machines are well maintained & there’s plenty of dumbbells (actually organised neatly unlike some gyms!). Got to work some muscles I haven’t used before on some new equipment I’ve not tried before, gonna be feeling it tomorrow Thanks Trilogy!

Fantastic experience: Trilogy gym is spacious affordable and offer a range of classes to suit all. The gym area and equipment are 100 %. The staff are friendly and do thier best to accommodate clients needs. The personal trainers are experts in thier field.

Negative experience: Signed up for a no commitment plan at a higher cost per fortnight. First time my message was missed over Christmas for pausing my plan. When I realised 2 additional payments had come out I asked again by email. The I was told I had a 12 month contract and the next day another payment was taken. I was not offered a refund. But told to leave I would have to pay the same amount so they will just keep the money. Obviously not going back. Maybe fit but slightly thick. Cheers guys

Fantastic experience: From someone who’s trained at 2 gyms previously, trilogy is by far one of the better ones. Gyms always kept clean and tidy, not many people leave weights on the machine (makes everyone’s lives so much easier during a workout), the team and the other members are very welcoming and always up for a chat which is nice overall very happy with the gym

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Bart for PT. He’s very good at identifying areas to work on and customising routines to meet individual needs. Training is challenging and I enjoy each session. I’m also supported with additional routines that I can do on my own. The gym staff are friendly and helpful and I find Trilogy Fitness Palmerston a great place to train!

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in Darwin, the personal trainers are always willing to help and the gym community is very friendly. I was a member at the gym for over 2 years before moving interstate but highly recommend visiting if your in town. Awesome staff and very accessible for all ages. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym. I’ve been a member since they opened several years ago and still go regularly even since I’ve moved to the city. It’s worth the 15 min drive to Yarrawonga! They have the best group fitness classes, the best PT’s for guidance and a huge gym floor to ensure you are rarely waiting for equipment. Love your work Trilogy team.

Fantastic experience: I love how welcoming and knowledgeable all the staff are at Trilogy Fitness. I have been training at this gym since 2020 and can’t see myself anywhere else, it feels like home here! Plus I wouldn’t get the same support to smash my goals anywhere else!
