Fantastic experience: A very friendly and welcoming environment. The staff are great and very knowledgeable of mixed martial arts. I took a Muay Thai Kickboxing class and it was a great pace suited for all skill types (I’m a beginner). I left feeling accomplished and keen to continue classes in the future. I only suggest some sort of sign or banner as it was a little tricky to find the building.
