Fantastic experience: Just joined. It was a simple pleasant experience. No fuss, no upsells. Walked in, choose the length of membership, paid the money, got the membership tag.

Negative experience: The gyms opening hours are a complete joke, so if you want access you have to pay a surcharge on top of your membership to get 24 hour access, it's open for couple hours on weekend and closed at 6pm during week, rip off

Positive experience: I’m only giving 4 because of the price it’s an amazing gym it’s fun and honestly you don’t feel judged there very welcoming place I highly recommend it to absolutely everyone all ages and gender my only issue is the price I think 190 I think the price was exactly for the month is a bit much, I understand the cost of upkeep and other factors but I feel like if they where to cut it maybe even down to 100 a month more people would be more interested in dropping that kind of money but definitely not the most expensive gym out there but I just love it so much and I wish it was cheaper but amazing place amazing staff always help out and are a lovely chat

Fantastic experience: Caves Beach Gym is amazing! The very best in The Hunter Valley. Heartmovers is full of friendly, caring gym enthusiasts. All the gym instructors are professional as well as good fun. The routines vary a lot which keeps us active. A lot of us have a coffee after Wednesday class and catch Up on what is going on in our active lives apart from the gym. The gym keeps in touch with former members who do not attend the gym any more for various reasons. There is a very caring atmosphere here. 5 stars for this exceptional gym. Come along and take a couple of classes, you will not regret it!

Fantastic experience: The caves Beach gym is the best gym I have ever been to much better than any I went to in Melbourne. When I came to live in Swansea this was the third gym I tried and it is the best ever the staff are very friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. LOVE THESE GUYS ❤️

Negative experience: From the moment you walk through the door you know Caves Beach Gym is a unique place you sure do the staff at the counter are rude and I would also say dumb. save your time go to another more modern gym with proper equipment.

Fantastic experience: CBG made me feel welcome from my very first visit. The staff and other members make this such a fun place to train, especially the dancefit class. Love the flexibility of 24 hour access and being able to put the kids in the creche, they love it as much I do.

Fantastic experience: I first walked into the Caves Beach Gym over 13 years ago and still with old and new staff and members this gym is part of my extended clan - instructors are well trained and welcoming to all who attend - their motto is more than a gym and they work hard at showing this one is just not a number but a member - like I do now many members travel past other gyms to attend here as they and we as members care for not only physical health but also the mental health that one gets from being needed and cared for it takes a village to raise a child and also to have a successful gym - keep up the good work
