Fantastic experience: Teresa is FANTASTIC! A wonderfully relaxing massage and facial! Would absolutely recommend visiting and indulging in the oasis package! Will be returning.

Negative experience: Your only hope of hitting legs is the one squat rack or lunges - don’t bother with the 2in1 leg curl/extension you will injure yourself setting it up as it’s probably not been cleaned ever. Make sure your tinnitus shots are up to date. No hot water if you want to take a shower in the shower/toilet. Staff did not reply to my email when I asked about hot water. Fancy cardio equipment looks expensive, too bad lifting equipment is terrible. Redeemable for one star due to convenience in the location and a bench press rack. Also don’t be too loud when they are doing massages because this is not a gym as they claim it’s a place of ‘zen’ during certain hours.

Fantastic experience: I visited this amazing gym this morning on a day pass. Which was very reasonably priced. I was greated by a lovely lady who's name I unfortunately didn't catch, but was so nice in helping me get my pass sorted. The gym its self is one of the best I have ever visited! I've been to my fair share of gyms and this one has surpassed all others. All the machines you could dream of, a wide rage of weights, and very spacious. Even a sledge in the middle that people can use. Definitely coming back when I next pass thought ☺️

Fantastic experience: Good price, all the equipment and space you need. Only issue is the staffed hours are somewhat limited but doesn’t take away from the place itself.

Fantastic experience: Rebecca gave the best massage I've had in ages! A lovely dark and clean room with a great playlist of relaxation music playing. She asks the points that needed attention and applied the perfect pressure to release the knots and tension i had built up. Highly recommended. Plus they accepted health insurance. Thankyou
