Negative experience: Very small gym with no ventilation. Stopped going after constant pimples and infections on my skin. Equipments need to be better wiped down. Owners seem okay. Great place to get free staph infections.

Fantastic experience: First time going and joining a gym and Ben has been great, friendly and sharing his knowledge. Completed our first session and can't wait to head back

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym! Was there for 6months and enjoyed going everyday. Family owned , very friendly, greeting you Everytime you walk in. and helpful if you have questions. Place is wel maintained clean shower, toilet, equipment. They have all the necessary equipment for a good workout. Would strongly recommend

Positive experience: オーナーはとても親切でフレンドリーです。わからないことがあれば、丁寧に教えてくれます。 しかし、入会の際に鍵のデポジットは退会の時に返金されると説明されましたが、退会時にデポジットは返してもらえませんでした。 長く通っていると思われる人は、インターバルトレーニングをしていることがあり、数台のマシーンをキープしており、使えないことがあります。
