Fantastic experience: After doing Crossfit for 6 years, I needed a change and I thought I'd give Fitstop a go. I could not be happier with my decision. It still offers the same intensity as Crossfit, but with a much clearer goal and a well defined program. Facilities are also top notch. The coaches are great, too - knowledgeable but also relatable. Lastly, all the members I've met have been amazing - super welcoming and encouraging. To anyone looking to change or start their fitness journey, I would seriously recommend Fitstop Maitland.

Fantastic experience: Mum of 4, member turned coach ! Great 12 week program working on all major compound lifts with rep ranges 8-3 building that muscle . Perform and cardio classes are just a nice balance of weights and conditioning. Kids area is great and you can take baby in prams around on main floor with you there is access to beautiful cleaned showers bathrooms . All round a great gym .

Fantastic experience: Fitstop has been an amazing and very positive experience for me. I started out with them having not exercised consistently for years, and is pretty poor shape. The coaches were and always are very accommodating, encouraging and knowledgable. Providing clear guidance and, where needed, alternative or modified exercises to allow me to participate and feel a part of the gym as my cardio and strength improved. They are always there to fine tune technique and provide just the right amount of encouragement and push to keep you improving. The facilities are first class, with great equipment and plenty of space. Fitstop also have a great community of members who are always encouraging and friendly. They also are very kid friendly for young families, with a kids area where they can be occupied while you train. Their programs provide a great mix of Cardio, cardio and weight training and pure weights so there is something for everyone. Starting out I wanted to improve my strength, but my cardio has also improved significantly as well, which is a huge bonus. I now look forward to my Fitstop session every day. It's the best way to start the day!

Fantastic experience: Fitstop Maitland is definitely the best gym around they are so welcoming to absolutely everyone! Before coming to fitstop I was at a CrossFit gym for over 3 years and always felt like the odd one out and like no progress was ever being made.. fast forward to six months with fitstop and my overall strength and fitness has improved dramatically. The fitstop program definitely works! The community is amazing and so supportive of one another! The coaches go above & beyond and will help out in any way they possibly can.. if you are having issues with certain movements there are progressions and other options provided or are even just there with a listening ear. So if you’re looking for a gym with an amazing community, great coaches and a program with a purpose that will either challenge you or just get you moving.. Fitstop Maitland is the gym for you!

Fantastic experience: A great community with skilled coaches that ensure exercises are completed with good technique. The studio floor has an open and comfortable sized space and is always nice and clean, and there are showering facilities and a stunning space to get yourself ready before work, and even snap a sneaky selfie too. The training is a good balance of both strength and cardio and you’re sure to leave feeling that great kind of terrible. There is a nice sized, secure, designated kids area that has lots of toys, a tv and streaming services connected that isn’t an additional cost and is in the main floor area of the gym so both kids and parents are in line of site of one another. Highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: I was looking around for a gym and Fitstop was recommended by a friend. It has ended up being the perfect fit for me. Such a warm, welcoming environment where everyone cheers each other on. Even though they are group classes, you work at your own pace to reach your goals. The coaches are great balancing motivation, technical skills and enjoyment to create the perfect work out! I highly recommend Fitstop!

Negative experience: Gave notification in September. kept contacting and contacting saying the cancelation did not work, (Have all texts as proof.) No contract-still getting billed and told I will still get billed for another month. Already been billed near $500 for 1 visit, NOW looking at another $260 so regardless of continual contact THATS $700 THAT FITSTOP/RICKY WONT REPAY. -APP DID NOT CANCELAND I TOLD YOU OVER AND OVER.

Fantastic experience: Great session today. A real hybrid workout with a great mix of cardio and some strength. Vibe was awesome, coaches were really engaged. Studio is great, purpose built with great shower facilities and a kids area obviously designed by parents where kids can see into the gym and not tucked away out the back where kids would feel seperated. Having trained for a few months now, fitstop is a healthy blend of class styles with the ability to vary to suit any ability. Workouts are blocked into phases around the unstoppable series (non-competitive) challenge series. Phases work to build up for the unstoppable series gains.

Fantastic experience: Awesome group class workout. Friendly and supportive environment. Always feel great after a session. I felt I accomplished way more than if I was just training on my own. Before I joined I could not bench press with barbell and had to use dumbbells. 4 weeks in I could do 25kg bench press including the bar bell. I’m very happy to see the visible growth!
