Negative experience: An uninspiring gym with poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: Jetts Palm Beach is an excellent gym with friendly and helpful staff! Very clean, well-equipped and Caesar always brightens my workout.

Fantastic experience: I love Jetts Palm Beach! Working & training here is social, fun & motivating. We have such great members who chat beyond “hey how are ya”, & they work hard on their health! Best gym i’ve ever been in (as a trainer & as a member!)

Negative experience: No showers, toilets locked at night
Hi Scott, Thanks for taking the time to Leave a review. Sorry we couldn't accommodate you with the showers. Jetts Palm Beach was the first 24/7 franchise club in Australia, unfortunately we didn't look for showers at the time .We would love to offer showers however not at the expense of members workout space. We just send members over the road for a swim at the beach instead.(Haha) The toilets are however available 24/7. We have keys hanging up to the right of the desk for future reference. Fantastic experience: Great gym, everyones heaps friendly and an awesome atmosphere. Dont have a single complaint
Positive experience: Went to check out "the best Jetts on the GC" which made the top 10 of all gyms for 2017. I wish before hand I knew that there are no shower facilities and a single toilet shared with other businesses. Hit my head on ceiling doing pull ups, unable to practice oly lifts (thats all Jetts though) or anything overhead (kb swings, Turkish get ups , push jerks etc) and if your over 6', there's no where for you to perform double unders with a 2400mm suspended ceiling height. That aside, gym was clean and looked like it had nice people attending. Good for beginners, short or old people.
Negative experience: Nice location but No shower facilities
Fantastic experience: Friendly crowd and good trainers. The PT's are there to help, but are not pushing for clients. 24 hour access is so handy too. Cheapest gym membership I have found on the coast if you pay a year upfront. I think I paid $549.
Fantastic experience: Awesome club in an ideal location. Have frequented the club on numerous occasions when travelling for work and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. The set-up is great and very diverse, worth checking out!
Positive experience: Needs a pool and a sauna
